Policies: 

  • Please make sure to allow 48 hours before your appointment if you’re needing to reschedule/cancel your appointment. Within 48 hours will result in 50% charge on the card held on file. No Showing or cancellation same day will result in 100% charge on the card held on file.  

  • I understand that life happens and some things are out of our control. If that is the case, please reach out to me & I will try my very best to accommodate.  

  • If you are feeling under the weather I would rather you stay home and rest up. 

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a grace period of 15 minutes, but if you arrive 15 minutes passed your appointment, your service may be shortened or cancelled at 100% charge.  

Questions you may have: 

Should I arrive with clean or dirty hair?  

  • Clean hair is preferred as it can be more difficult to perform service with buildup on hair
